I have a Storyline project which uses a random question bank for the knowledge check. When someone goes through the knowledge check and selects an answer, they will be brought to the next slide/question. Prior to the next slide/question slide appearing, however, the user will see a glimpse of the previous slide question. It's very quick but it happens with every question. Any ideas on what may be causing this?
In this case you need change triggers layering. In attached file, hide layers triggers are applied first then next to slide triggers. Storyline first consider hide layer and then jump trigger. This is why you see base layer after each feedback.
