Ran across a great tutorial that helps with generating a certificate: http://community.articulate.com/tutorials/products/adding-text-variables.aspx
The question is, how do I print the certificate, landscape and by itself? Right click then print does a half page portrait print, ctrl+p does similar. Is there a text variable or print button feature I can do?
I've created a slide at the end of my presentation and I've added the java code to print window.print(); but when I click the print button all I get is a blank page. Can you offer some insight? Thanks.
Christine doesn't get into the forums as much anymore. Although the certificates are not something we can offer support for you will want to confirm that you're viewing the published output within the intended publish environment as viewing it locally could cause elements such as Javascript to not work as expected. If you're still having difficulty you can also look at sharing a copy of your file here so that the community can take a look at what you've set up.

Hi Ed!
Have you had a chance to take a look at Steve's example? His is set up to print, and might help with your current project:
Example files: Generating a certificate from Storyline
And here's another slide that might help:
Print a certificate or last slide
If you have trouble, I recommend reaching out in Steve's thread as it's pretty much the "go to" discussion for certificates.
I hope this helps!
