Print results using a mobile phone

Hello,
My client wants his user's course examination results for courses taken on a mobile phone to be emailed to a third party. I've used the print screen trigger, and it works perfectly on the laptop, but I am not having as much success with mobile phone results. In the results from a mobile phone the test takers name, which is visible in laptop results, is not visible on the mobile, even though the name drop down box is utilized. This is a huge sticking point for the client. Is there a way to have the name included? Any advice is welcome. The course is built in Articulate Storyline 360.

There is a way by using pdfmake to accomplish a download PDF function. Would that be helpful?
I am not familiar with pdfmake, but the download is not the problem. The problem is that he name does not appear on the displayed form. I'll test the pdfmake and see if it makes a difference. Thanks for the reply.
Yes! I submitted results on one hidden question slide that submitted all inputs that were stored in variables. Then using pdfmake you can tell the html file what variables to display on the PDF. I got help the first time, it can be a little overwhelming the first few times.
