I am having a problem printing a certificate from my Results slide in Storyline. When I try to print a certificate from within the Course, the name is correct, but the score and date shows as null. If I print the certificate from my dashboard in the LMS, the certificate shows all the information i.e name, score and date.
Anyone know why this could happen, and any possible solutions?
Thanks for the reply. I'm updating an existing course. I have combined a separate quiz into the content. When they were separate, the certificate printed as there is java/hmtl file I add to to zip file before i upload. Just can't see to figure out what Ive missed. I'll have a look at the link you have provided.

Articulate Storyline doesn't support certificates of completion.
Are you following the instructions here on how to do so?
Have you tested the content outside of your LMS, such as on SCORM Cloud to see if you get the same results?

It was an incorrect variable on the second result screen stopping the information being relayed.
