Printing of Quiz Results

Jan 14, 2015

Once youhave finished the quiz you canprint the full resutls.  If later, you re-open it (in my LMS it is in "My History") you cannot get the full results just the number correct and incorrect.  Is there a way to always get the full results. Thanks

Hi Diane,

Are you referring to the print results feature in Storyline or a specific feature in your LMS? The print results feature of Storyline is from the results slide so that is where the user would need to click the button to generate an HTML page of their results which they could print. If you're referring to a feature within your LMS you may want to reach out to them directly.

Hi Ashley, thanks for the reply. It is the print feature in the Storyline that I have the question on. I don't understand why it would allow an employee to print the results one time in full but not any time after they have completed the course. Thanks,

Diane

Hi Diane,

Thanks for clarifying. Are you using Storyline 1? If so, you may find that question and answer details are missing from your printed results when the following conditions are true:

*  You completed the quiz and exited the course.
*  You resumed the course and printed your results.
