Printing Results in an LMS

Created a course using a Results Slide with the option to print results.    An end user logged into the LMS, launched the course and stopped half way through.   Closed the course and relaunched 1 hr later to complete the course.   Used the Print Results option and the end result was only the recorded answers (essays, fill in the blanks, T/F and M/C questions) from the 2nd launch.    Is there a setting within Articulate Storyline to capture the previous entries or perhaps this is an LMS Vendor question?

Yeah, it could certainly be an issue on the LMS's end, assuming the resume function has been set properly. Would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.
