If you inserted the recording as a step-by-step recording, then you can publish your project for Word (see some info here: http://community.articulate.com/tutorials/products/publishing-a-project-for-word.aspx) and have at least a starting point for a manual, with the screen captures and slide notes (if any). You can then edit/format this Word doc as required.
