The default "Print Survey" button does print, via the I.E. browser, but the columns of information are convoluted and of little value ... is this another one of those ... "Please submit a request for code improvement" limitations?
Unfortunately, the printed output for surveys does not look very appealing. You're correct, if you'd like to see some additional options for this in the future, it might be a good idea to submit a feature request.
In the meantime, you could perhaps edit the report.html file (which you can find in the story_content folder of your published output).
Dave Moxon shared some how to do that with Quizmaker (not Storyline) and you can read about his method here.
Since Storyline's quiz report is similar to Quizmaker's, it's possible that you might be able to use the same or similar steps.
Keep in mind, however, that this isn't something that's officially supported by Articulate.
