Today I started having problems with Storyline locking up if I click on the "player" button to access it. The first time I click it does nothing. Then the second time I get the "ding of death" and Storyline locks up. The only way to get out of it is to end task through the task manager. Any suggestions?

when was the last time you updated storyline?
I'm new. Started my trial 8 days ago.
