App won't open

I have storyline 3 and when I click on the app it stalls and freezes up at the stage of initializing.  I've rebooted my computer a couple of times and they only way to get it off my screen is to go to my task manager to end the task.  

I have had the product just a few months, but haven't used it yet other than to review the tutorials.  And now it won't even open up so I can't even begin.  Anyone have any ideas?

Thank you for sharing what you are experiencing when opening your software.

What version of Storyline 3 do you currently have installed? You can check out all the details of the latest update here and get up-to-date. I would recommend a repair of your software to get back up and running if you are already on the latest update.
