Stuck in a loop: can't sign in, can't reset password, can't update app

When I try to open Articulate 360, it won't open until I log in, and it won't let me log in. I know my password is correct, because I used it successfully in Rise online. Still, not knowing what else to do, I clicked Forgot Password? That didn't help, because it led to https://articulate.com/upgrade/reset, which says I have to update the app. Of course I can't do that, because (1) it won't let me update until I log in, and (2), I don't have an admin password, and I have never been able to update Articulate in the past without an admin password. I have asked IT to update my app, but why isn't it accepting the correct password in the desktop app? Are other people having this problem?

Same issue for me! Just opened a ticket with Articulate.

Thanks Leslie, Mohan said I would have to download and reinstall. This is actually kind of tedious as I have to create a ticket with my IT in order to get it downloaded and reinstalled. I hope these kind of updates don't require a new download too often (I see from the forum it has happened in the past).

I'm glad that you were able to get the information that you needed from Mohan.
The steps you are needing to take are the perfect storm of us pushing a security update and allowing yourself to get a few updates behind. You should not run into this issue again once you get up to speed this time.
