Cannot log into Storyline

Hi There

I am logged into Rise not a problem when I am trying to open a project on Storyline 360 it prompts me for my password. I have tried the same password as my Rise 360 but it is not letting me in. when I click on forgot password it takes be to another window where it is asking me to update 360 app. 

I have reset my password on the Articulate 360 webpage and the logged back into my account with my new password.  I have attached the screen shots for more clarification.  I also tried using the new password on the storyline application however it keeps giving me the same error. 

Can someone please assist me?
