I have built an interactivity using Numeric entry box in Storyline 360. Where correct answer will take the user to a layer( which says' "your answer is correct") and vice versa. But everytime I am entering correct answer, it is still taking me to incorrect layer.
This problem is happening if I view it on mobile. On a desktop, it's working fine.
Could you share a copy of your file so that we can take a look at how you've set up this numeric entry? Also, what mobile devices are you viewing the course on and where have you uploaded it for testing?
