A greeting. I have a problem with the video playback when Exporting with Storyline 2 in HTML5 in the last update of the browser Chrome 67 in the other browsers no problem, the chrome player does not allow to play the video, there are temporary solutions like embedding it on the web or upload it in streaming services
If you find that you're not on the latest version, install the latest Storyline update, and republish the file. Then, host it on a web server or LMS, and let me know if you see an improvement!

As a first step, could you check that update of Storyline 2 you're using? Also, is the video on the first slide of the course?
In the most recent update (Update 13—Build 1804.2716), we added support for Google's new media policy, which could prevent video from autoplaying in Chrome.
If you find that you're not on the latest version, install the latest Storyline update, and republish the file. Then, host it on a web server or LMS, and let me know if you see an improvement!
