Are the PDF links embedded within a screen or a part of the Resources tab? The resource tab is not available within the Articulate Mobile Player as you'll see here in this comparison chart.
You cannot embed documents in the slide, if you did this in PPT and imported the slide, the document is converted to an image icon. You would need to add a link to the file.
As Phil mentions you'd need to include an actual link to the PDF file, which would be displayed on the screen. You could place that near an image of the PDF as well to add some additional visuals to the screen.
Just using a computer, for some reason when I publish my presentation and run it locally I can't get any web objects or URLs to open. Neither to my pdf or any other website. Any ideas why this would be?

Hi Ashley,
Thank you for your answer! The pdf is in the slide, so it is embedded in the screen. It still doesn't work....
Do you maybe have a solution?
Thanks, Gootje

Hi Jonathan, it might just be security settings on your browser. Sometime your browser will block this type of thing when running locally.
Can you upload to a webserver to see if it still happens? If you don't have access to one you could try uploading to SCORM Cloud.

Nancy,
Thanks for the suggestion. That was the problem, I tried it in another browser and it worked fine.
Cheers.
