Problem Sharing Articulate Storyline Files

Hi
I'm trying to share a Storyline file with a colleague in another location:
My file is created in: Update 5. 1401.2415.
their file is created using the Trial downloaded version: Update 5. 1401.2015
When they try to open my file in the trial version the below message appears. 
When they try to import my file into a new project the following message appears.
Can you help with this.

Hi Felicity,
You'll want to ensure that you're working on local project files as described here and then following this method to share your .story files with your colleagues. If you've been working off a network or shared drive that could lead to file corruption and loss of resources.
You may want to try importing the file into a new Storyline project as described here.
