I've tried to update via storyline 360 app but I always get an error message that I have to close storyline first. But storyline is closed already. What can I do?
Let us know how it's behaving after restarting your computer. If you're still stuck on that error message I'd also suggest working one on one with our Support Engineers as likely something occurred during the installation.
I've been trying to update my Storyline and I don't get Martin's error, but I do get an 'Update Failed' message. I have tried to restart my computer but it is still giving me that message.
Is this a memory issue or something else? (see attachment)
