I'm sorry you've had such trouble getting up and running with Articulate 360! The best next step is to start from scratch by uninstalling Articulate 360 and installing a new copy after downloading it at 360.articulate.com. 

The directions here will walk you through uninstalling and reinstalling Articulate, and if you are still running into errors, there are a few known causes here. Otherwise, connecting with our Support Team will allow them to help you one on one!
