I am unable to update Articulate 360 and for the same reason I am unable to use Storyline 360. Whenever I double click the storyline app, it throws an error asking me to update storyline 360.
I'm sorry you've had such trouble getting up and running with Articulate 360! The best next step is to start from scratch by uninstalling Articulate 360 and installing a new copy after downloading it at 360.articulate.com.

Thank you for the response. However, after uninstalling the articulate 360 app I am unable to install it back. The installation progress bar gets stuck after a while. Please help me resolve this issue.
