I just noticed a problem with viewing images that I have on slides/layers in a Storyline program. I have about 30 different jpeg images in different slides, each with the zoom feature option. When I downloaded the program to the ipad (such that it is available "offline") and run it through the Articulate viewer, none of the jpeg images on any of the slides are shown when the ipad is not connected to wifi - although the remainder of the program runs fine (including video files). When I connect to wifi, the images are displayed.
I need the entire program to be able to run when not connected to wifi.
Does anyone know why this happens or how to fix it?
Would it be possible for you to submit a Support Case and include a copy of your .story file? This will allow us to attempt to reproduce your problem and take it through the troubleshooting process.
In addition, when you submit your Support Case, can you please include a link to the content on your server? We'd also like to be able to determine whether or not this problem is specific to your server environment. Thanks!
