Problem with a articulate storyline course on Docebo that works fine in storyline preview

I designed an LMS course with articulate Storyline. The course containes short video sequences and several questions. I than uploaded the course as a scrom 1.2.

In articulate storyline preview the course didn\'t show any problems. Now on docebo the course sometimes stoppes at a questions, so that it is not possible to continue the course if pressed next. It doesn\'t always stopp at the same point and even if the course is played at on the same computer and with the same internet connection it sometimes workes perfectly fine and sometimes it stopps. Once the course is closed and opend again, the course can be continued at the same point where it stoppt before. How can I fixe this problem?
