Problem with buttons etc moving between setting up and publishing

When I am setting up screens buttons/markers appwear to aligned and correct but when I preview / publish they have moved.

Hopefully someone can explain why, Its driving me mad.

I've seen something similar pop up with Scrolling Panels. Would you be able to send us your .story file so we can take a closer look at this? It would be much appreciated. Thanks!
