Problem with HTML5 and iPad
Jun 30, 2015
Hello together
I am currently trying the first trainings on Articulate 2 with publishing via HTML5 so as to do these trainings on iPads without using the Articulate Mobile Player app.
I have many bugs, I tried many publishings without modifying anything in Articulate(version 2), and the bugs never occured on the same place.
Example : in a numeric question, the first time I can only write letters, on the second publishing I can write both letters and numbers, whereas the same publishings of the same training done in parallel on a PC are working well.
I met many problems like that, and this does not allow me to give these trainings on learners working on iPads.
Do you meet that kind of problems ?
Did you find solutions ?
What can you advice me ?
Thanks in advance for the answers
Best Regards, Simon

As it is not possible to uploaded the files here, I have created a FTP upload.
The files can be downloaded from https://ftp.blum.com/ftp with username CONN-9XZ9NV and password CONN-9XZ9NV.

Hi, Simon -- Thanks for providing your file. I am going to do some testing and I will follow up shortly. :)
Hi, Simon -- I was able to take a look at your published output, and I also experienced the issues you are describing. Unfortunately, I was not able to determine where the issue is occurring, so I would like to recommend that you work directly with our Support Engineers. You may submit a case using this form. Thank you, and I will be on the look out for your case to follow along with their progress.
