I set up a matching drop-down question with the choices in the left-hand column and the correct match for each in the right-hand column. When I preview the question, and choose all of the correct answers, the answer says "Incorrect". How can I fix this?
It looks like a few of your answers are the same, so I suspect that you're not matching the exact ones as listed here. Perhaps there is a way to differentiate them some? Or you may want to look at using a different question type - perhaps a multiple choice with those options?
Certainly understand Dale - so perhaps a different question type may work better? Maybe allowing them to only choose from those two answers on a multiple choice style quiz?

Thanks for your response Ashley. Unfortunately, the responses can't be altered. One of the responses is the answer to 3 of the situations.

I ended up changing the format of the question to a drag and drop question. That works well. I appreciate your help Ashley!
No problem Dale and happy to hear you found a viable solution!
