I have a question bank with total of 13 questions. I would like to be able to draw 10 questions randomly from the question bank every time. But the same 10 questions appear each time, I mean that the same questions are appearing each time user click the Retry button on the Results Slide.
Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you very much in advance.

What version of Storyline are you currently using?
Is this an issue you are seeing with the HTML5 version or all versions?
From what I can see, it looks like you may be using Storyline 2 and we do have an issue reported with the question draw of a question bank not shuffling or randomizing on quiz retry when viewing the HTML5 output. If this is what you're experiencing as well, I'll be sure to add you to the report.

Currently, we have an issue with the HTML5 output of Storyline 2. The workaround currently are to either view the course in a browser that has Flash Player enabled, or to exit and relaunch the course without resuming.
