Problem with showing layers content

Hello, I have very inconvenient problem.

I have used the downloadable template http://community.articulate.com/downloads/p/72010.aspx

I have a lector in my course - when I click note and show new layer before the lector ends reading the welcome text, it still plays the lector sound, which effects in two lectors at once. But I just added trigger to pause media from welcome screen and it works.

But I have also some content that shows in the end of the timeline at welcome screen - when I click some layer BEFORE it shows, then, despite it should be hidden, it shows on that layer (e.g I have two texts. one on another)

How I can deal with that? That sort of things shouldn't happen.

I know I can make it on slides instead of layers, but come on, it is too much work

Hi Mateusz,

I'm sorry, but I'm having a little trouble understanding what's happening. If I'm understanding correctly (hopefully), you're still seeing the text show through for a layer that should be hidden. Is that right?

Anyway you can share your .story file here, so I can take a look at what's happening?

Hi Mateusz,

Have you looked at the different layer properties available? Probably that the "Pause timeline of base layer" option would be usefull in some of the issues you are experiencing.
