I have a story in Storyline 2 that works as I want it to in preview but not when published. I think the problem may be with the text entry field not losing focus but I can't figure out how to change that to some other action such as pressing the Enter key instead of losing focus.
Can anyone explain why this works in preview but not when published?
Are you publishing locally? If so, that may be the problem. I just published locally, and also ran into the issue where the ENTER key didn't work. But when I published to my Articulate Online account I was good to go.
As Rebecca mentioned, publishing on your local hard drive (or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive), you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
Emily, thank you for sharing that info and link! The triggers for my text entries were not working when I viewed the course in Firefox, but they DO work in Chrome. Thanks again!

Hello Edward!

You can read more information about this here.
