Problem with the SCRIPT

Hi. I have this problem with the SCRIPT for one slide on my storyline project. I've attached the picture. I really don't know what to do with it. Anyone who had the same problem as me? Please help! Thanks :)

which version of SL are you using? and do you have the latest update for that version?

SL1 - update 8

SL2 - update 5

Yes, Wendy... I saw in one of the discussions that there is a need to update the SL and I did already but it still it won't work.

Hi Andrien

I am on SL2 update 5 and just created a one slide example with notes...the notes look fine to me. Are you using a specific font/font size that may be causing an issue.

The attached is using Open Sans 9

Do you want to upload your .story file? or just that slide

I am using OPEN SANS 10 (just like the rest of my slides) but this is the only one that has a problem.

Hi Andrien

I got it working - see attached file. I find that sometimes you need to scroll to the font and have it available in the 'recently used' section of the Font menu (and select from there) rather than selecting from the Theme font area.
