I have a few questions to better assist you: Are you experiencing this functionality in your LMS? It looks like you are currently viewing in our preview mode on Storyline. Is this happening on every slide within the project? I wanted to share this article about known issues when it comes to viewing courses on mobile. While my initial thought is to check the Slide Size, shifting the content to the left side of the screen is not the expected behavior.
