Probleme with Passed/failed result

Hello! I have a problem here with a storyline. I have build a story with 3 module, the first 2 have questions that will be added in the result slide.
The third one is only for complementary information, no questions added on the result slide. But it is necessary that this module is in the third position.
The problem is, people do the first 2 quiz, passed it, but don't finish the story with the result slide at the end. So they have more than the 80%, but it is written incomplete. I have asked storyline to track on the result slide, at the end, but the result still is transfered onto Articulate online, even if they didn't go on the result slide and finish the formation. Is it normal? Is there a way that the result can be transfered only on the result slide, and not during the formation. Like, when it's incomplete, there is no score at all on articulate online?

I'm not entirely clear on your set up - the results slide is at the very end of the course, and that's causing it to not calculate all the scores correctly as users aren't visiting that slide? Would it be as easy enough to move the results slide earlier in the course? There isn't anything in Storyline that requires it to be the last slide a user visits. If it's adding up the score throughout, the results slide as the tracking option would be what passes it to your Articulate Online account but it sounds like from your description you're seeing the score updated on a slide by slide basis? I'd want to have our team take a better look at your set up and files to confirm - so that'll best be handled in a Support case.
