Problems importing a translation document

Hi, I'm trying to upload a document I've had translated but everytime I upload it I get an error message.  I tried uploading the document as a .doc and as a .docx but got the same error message.  

However, in my 7th attempt to upload the document I tried the .docx again and only the first 4 slides uploaded.  Any solutions on how to fix this are welcome.  

I should also add that I retitled the file to match the name of the story.

Hi Jen,

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing with your translation import.

You mentioned a doc file, so it sounds like you are using the Word translation option.

Please be sure to only modify text in the column titled Translation in the resulting Word document and leave all other text unchanged.

You are correct, the file name should match the project as well.

With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

Thanks for getting back to me - I actually was able to solve the problem this afternoon by re-running the word document and copying and pasting the translated text into it. Definitely not effective going forward but I think somewhere in the translation process a row was deleted/changed which effected the import.

However, if this happens again with no changes to the document I will reach out.
