I'm sorry that you've run into this issue. We've shared this behavior with our web team and they're working on a future update to the Heroes site that would fix the issue with the search functionality. In the meantime, you can use a site such as Articusearch created by one of our Senior support engineers or search using the method Adrian describes here.
