I have uploaded my storyline output (web) to SharePoint using Explorer View, and link to the story.swf file. The file launches and most of the functionality is there, but none of the javascript features (including the story.js generated automatically) are functioning. Is this because we are linking to the SWF file instead of the HTML file?
SharePoint is configured for html files to be downloaded (vs opened) and I'm told that the content editor web part to open the html file did not solve the problem. Any ideas?

You need to use the HTML file to launch the training. Just curious, why is your SharePoint site configured to download rather than open HTML files?
