I am looking for help with a training program that I created. The main problem being that when an employee takes a quiz and does not pass, they are able to retry the quiz. When they pass the succeeding attempt, it shows a passing score but still states on the bottom of the results slide that they did not pass. The second issue that I have encountered is that the menu on the right hand side of the player does not coincide with the slide progression. Any help with these issues would be greatly appreciated.
Sorry to hear that you're having difficulty with this, but none of this sounds familiar off-hand for me to offer ideas.
You have defined your expected pass score in the Result Slide Options? If you're tracking graded questions, enter a percentage in the Passing Score field.
As for your menu question. If you make changes to your menu and then decide that you want to reset the menu back to its original state, click Reset from story below the menu.
