Some customers have problems with drag and drop exercises. When they slide responses in the appropriate boxes, they return automatically to their start point.
The formations are viewed from Internet Explorer, version 11.2068.14393.0. Did the version of Internet Explorer could cause problems?
It looks like you shared a published output file with me. Instead, could you share the original (unpublished) .story file so I can open it and take a look inside? Thanks!
Thanks for sharing your .story file (and no worries - you're not the first one to share the output!). I took a look and since your drag and drop was only on question 9, I removed the other questions to make it easier to test. I uploaded that to SCORM Cloud here, and it worked fine for me in Chrome and IE11 (version number here) and here's a quick Peek video at what I'm seeing.
Can you let me know how that behaves for you? I didn't change any of your publish settings, but if this one does work I'm happy to republish with all your slides and we'll double check that to confirm!
Thank you for your response. However, we have received new evidence that we did not know since yesterday. Our customer who is experiencing difficulties, uses the browser'' Edge''.
No worries. I used the same link that Ashley shared above and took a look at the course in Microsoft Edge and it looks to be behaving as expected as well.

Hello Stéphanie! Happy to help. :)
What version of Storyline did you use to create this course? Also, is it hosted on a web server or on a LMS?
Hello Alyssa!
I use Storyline 360 and my elearning are hos t on a LMS (Docebo).
Thanks, Stéphanie. Would you mind sharing a copy of the file with me? I'd like to do some testing in Internet Explorer 11.
You can click here and attach the file to a new thread comment. Look for the Add Attachment button.
Thanks Alyssa!
