Problems with Exporting with TinCan API

Hi, I'm using the latest version of Storyline 360 and found encountered an issue with clicking the "exit" button when you get to the end of the module.

So when you export as TinCan API / Scorm 1.2 or Scorm 2004 and get to the end of the module with a trigger function "Exit" nothing happens. The user doesn't have the ability to exit the module.

However, I found if you use Storyline 2 or 3 and export with the same method and same trigger at the end the user can exit the module.

Is this a current bug with the latest version of Storyline or something new? Is there a workaround without having to go back to a previous version?
