That's so strange! We'd be happy to help you test the file to see if we can pinpoint what's causing this. Would you be willing to share the original (unpublished) file with our team by clicking here?
Thanks for chiming in! I don't see that Kate submitted her file for us to test, so I'm not sure if she was able to sort it out.
Are you seeing problems with your course not reporting or resuming correctly? Can you tell me what version of Storyline you're using and a bit more about what's going on?

can you isolate the non-working students to a specific browser?
Not easily
It's hard to give recommendations if there is no information about the non-working users. Perhaps Blackboard vendors can shed some light for you.
