When i opened an old storyline file (save with an old version of articultate 360 , dated 2 years ago) with the my last version 27 october 2020, all my triggers have been deleted in my slide master. The action of these triggers works again, but I can't done any modifications.
I had to redo my slide master in order to be able to modify my triggers.
So do you know this problem?
Is it possible that the different updates of storyline are causing my problem ?
This doesn't sound quite right! Slide Masters are saved with the project, so the triggers should be included if created in the Slide Masters.
Working in a support case with our Support Engineers would be the best way to troubleshoot this issue! I'd recommend connecting with a Support Engineer so that we can take a look at the project file to determine the snag.

In the picture below a master slide N°2 of my client project (there are 4 masters slide and 185 slides in the project). There are no trigger, however there should be several.

If your Support Enginers can't give me a solution of my problem without the project file client, i will modify all the text in the project (with neutral text).
