I am running into an issues with one of my pre assessments where the images are not displaying as visited when a user takes the test. I have tried it in multiple LMS systems, so I know it is a product of the file itself. The issue is that when I have the select an option, it does not show the visited version. However, I know it was selected because I can still submit an answer. If I select a different option, it will then show that as visited and then when I reselect the orginal option, it will show selected. So the issue is limited to when I have not selected an initial response. Any help would be appreciated.

If they are for questions then I suspect you need the selected state over the visited state
