Problems with the accent on the first slide.

Sep 01, 2020

Good afternoon,

The accent on "DOLOR NEUROPÁTICO" in Spanish. It displays fine while the presentation is running, but shows a code error on the first page with the modern player. This error occurs with any title with an accent. Can it be fixed somehow?
I have edited any file where the accent is displayed, but it ignore.

It can be seen at the beginning at the top left of this page:

Hi Jordi!

Thank you for sharing the link! I see what you're referring to. I've also copied the text and pasted it in a new project, but I still see the code in the title.

I've started a case on your behalf! This helps us investigate if there is a fix or if this is a bug. You should hear from our team shortly!

I'm happy to return to this discussion with an update!

Today, we released Storyline 360 Update 48! Here are the features and fixes released in this update. You might notice the bug you reported has been fixed!

Fixed: Accented letters and special characters displayed as HTML-encoded strings on the start/resume screen in the modern player.

Now all you need to do is update Storyline 360 in your Articulate 360 desktop app! Thank you for taking the time to report this bug to us.
