I created a training with multiple triggers to block some content before video completes. When i have my menu setup as free and it is being displayed, everything works correctly.
I tried to then hide a menu. Triggers work for first slides, but then in the 5th slide and later, triggers do not work, allowing to click on the buttons or going to the next slide before media completes.
I do not understand the logic, as similar slides in the beginning work correctly.
Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
