Problems with variables
May 16, 2012
Hello there
I need an idea about how to create some variables.
I'm trying to create a module where people should response some questions. If they don't have the correct answers they have to take the test back and answer it right.
When I post on the results slide play the tigger "failure" it goes back to the slide I select, but I can't restart the test and it just let me see the slide as I saw it before. I can't give another answer.
I would appreciate any kind of help, I'm quitte new on this
Thank you!

Carlos, you can do this by changing a setting on the Slide Property dialog.
Change the "When revisiting" combobox setting to "Reset to initial state".
Thanks a lot
I've already fixed it
Kindly

Hi Mr Nirell
I have another question about variables
I want my students make a test, if the score isn't good enough to continue, they have to restart. Is there any variable to restart it but showing the questions they answered before in order to help them to choose a different option?
Thanks a lot
Kindly
Carlos
Hi Carlos,
I attached a quick little story file to show you how to do this but it is not complete.
Hi
I couldn't create a variable that shows a selected answer from a slide.
If I say "restarted to initial state", it doesn't change.
If I create a variable according to the points given to the test, it doesn't work either
I don't know how to do it!
Carlos, please email me your project file (mnirell@articulate.com) and let me know what slide you want me to add an example to.
