I'm trying to publish a project for an All Staff training and it won't publish except as a doc. I need to save to a USB or have it online to use for the presentation. It just pops up saying, "We're sorry, something went wrong with Articulate Storyline and it might close..."
How are you trying to publish? For distribution on a USB drive you'll want to publish for CD and for placing it online you'll want to publish for Web. Regardless of you're publishing method, you'll also want to make sure you're following the guidelines here in regards to publishing to a local drive, a short file path, and a file name that doesn't include special characters, etc.
If you're still having difficulty after checking into those elements, I'd next suggest going through the repair steps here for Storyline and try publishing a brand new, single slide file to see if it's something file specific vs. the program as a whole.
