We are trying to publish our first Storyline program to our LMS, which is Coursemill and after loading it when a user tries to launch it they get a "this page cannot be displayed" error. Any ideas as to what the issue might be? I followed all of the steps on the tutorial page for publishing to an LMS and my boss followed his normal routine for publishing to the LMS so we aren't sure what is wrong. Thank in advance for any assistance.
I'm not familiar with Coursemill LMS - but I did want to suggest testing the course by also uploading to a site such as SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard testing method for SCORM content. If the course doesn't open there either - we may need to investigate how you're publishing and what the "normal routine" is for publishing it in the LMS.
I discovered the problem was that I was trying to publish it as AICC instead of SCORM. In Lectora, what I have been using all along it publishes as both at one time so we didn't know which was the right way to publish. Once I chose SCORM 1.2 it worked perfectly.
