AICC Not Passing Completion Status

We have been using Storyline to publish AICC content for our LMS for about 10 years. After revising and publishing an existing program, however, we cannot get the completion credit to pass to the LMS (SAP's SuccessFactors Learning LMS.)

This is mission critical for our organization and, unfortunately, SCORM is not an option as our content cannot be located on the same server as the LMS. Is anyone else noticing similar issues?

Hi Ward,

Have you tried testing your AICC packages in a different environment, such as SCORM Cloud, to see if they work as expected?

You may also want to reach out to your LMS provider to see if any other customers are experiencing the same issue and what recommendations they have made.

I know this is not AICC but we all of a sudden starting having issues with our SCORM courses not recording in our LMS.  The Articulate Support Team looked at my module and tested it on SCORM Cloud and said everything was OK.  The only thing I could figure out that was different was I had just updated my Storyline to the latest version so I converted back to the previous version and the modules work just fine now.  Don't know if that might be an issue for you too but thought I might mention it in case it would help.

We have started running into this same issue the past few weeks.  We are unable to update any existing AICC courses; we receive the attached error message.  We utilize a relay file that is several years old and I am wondering if that is part of the issue?  Is a new relay file available or have any settings recently changed?  We will be transitioning our courses to SCORM in the near future, but need to update several AICC courses before the end of 2020.  Any help is greatly appreciated!
