Resume not working on iPad with LMS index_lms but works with story launch file?

We have been attempting to troubleshoot AICC courses on our SF LMS.  Course completion works on both PCs (IE-Edge) and iPads (iOS12).  However, we are not able to get the resume/bookmarking functionality to work on iPads with the AICC index_lms.html launch file.  We have found though by using the web server story.html launch file that resume/bookmarking does work; however, the automatic course completion is not working.  

Has anyone experienced this similar issue with resume not working on iPads for AICC courses?

SF troubleshooting is asking our content developer to check the AICC_Data.Lessson_Location.  How does the developer check that in Articulate Storyline 2?

Hi there, Roger.  It sounds like the LMS is asking about how Storyline handles bookmarking and resuming.

Check out this user guide article.  If you choose Prompt to resume or Always resume, and you'll be hosting your content in an LMS, do one of the following:

  • If your LMS supports bookmarking, mark the box labeled When running in LMS, ignore Flash cookie. The LMS will control resume behavior in this scenario.
  • If your LMS doesn't support bookmarking, uncheck When running in LMS, ignore Flash cookie. A Flash cookie on learners' computers will control resume behavior in this scenario.

How do you have this set, and does changing it make a difference on the iPads for resuming?
