Publish-to-web in true full-screen

I am attempting to publish a course to run full-screen on a specific resolution (and only ever that resolution) and have been told by my work that having the slides inside a browser window is not good enough. They want to have the course run in true full-screen - no browser bar at the top with minimise/size/exit buttons, no local address bar with the file location (even though it cannot be interacted with).

I have followed the instructions to turn off all player tools, slide navigation etc., but cannot hide the enclosing browser window, is there any way to do this? Unfortunately the built-in full-screen toggle does not do the job either. I am happy to tinker with the HTML/JS if that would be the only way.

Additionally, this course is required to be run offline with no internet access by an external customer, would this be possible with no running issues?
