I can publish to a word doc without slide notes in under a minute but when I check to publish with slide notes to a word doc, I have yet to get the program to create the word doc because I end up terminating the request given the time elapsed has been over an hour and it still is showing, "Slide 0 of 31." I have attempted this three times with the exact same results. Any suggestions?

Although, not exactly the same, there was a thread here with some publish to doc/notes issues and I wasn't sure if any of this would assist you.
