Im new to Storyline and I created a course and accidentally published it. Now its sitting in the review360 section of the platform and I cannot fugure out how to put it back to edit mode. Can someone please direct me? I am using a free trial. Thank you
Review 360 is only displaying the published output. Assuming you saved the Storyline file, you just need to open the file in Storyline to make edits and republish. The storyline file has the extension .story.
The published course in Review 360 is like a document printed from Microsoft Word. It lets others see the content, but it is not editable.
The .story file is like a .docx Word file. That is the editable source. So just reopen that file to continue editing the course. (Of course, that assumes that you saved the file...)
If you want to delete the accidentally published version, click the "..." button for the published course, and then select the Delete option from the dropdown.
If you don't delete the published version, you'll be able to overwrite it with an updated version the next time you publish the course.
