I have designed a course and published it in web format using articulate storyline 3 but at a certain slide, the player freezes when I click next and a rotating buffering icon appears. When launched locally on my PC, there are no issues. I have tried deleting and redesigning the slide but the problem persists. What could be the issue?
I cannot seem to get past the second section there's a 🔒 at the bottom that says I must click on all attachments and i have but it still wount let me past
When a course gets stuck on a particular slide, there's a chance that there's a trigger which is preventing navigation from continuing, or the slide has possible corrupted data which has caused navigation to not work properly.
I'll be glad to take a look at your project files to check why your courses are getting stuck at a particular section. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project files here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete them when we're done testing!
