Has anyone had an issue with Storyline 3 of audio tracks being one volume in the working file and preview, and then all the tracks being loud when published?
I set up a few slides in a course to have low-volume (set to -40% than original) imported background music while imported narration plays louder ( +30%) same time. However, when I publish, the "back-ground" music is just as loud as the narration and drowns it out. HELP!
Hi there, Laura. Check the quality settings when you're publishing the course. If the Optimize Audio Volume box is checked, it will normalize all of the audio. Uncheck that box, and let me know if that improves the experience!
